Of course you did. Anyone who can make a budget slide funny is wasted on budgets.
Flatterer. I'm too tired to be charming tonight.
You say that, right after telling me you charmed a CFO. I'll be the judge of your charm, thank you.
Fair enough. Tell me about one of those old theaters of yours.
The first theater in my story had a ceiling painted like a night sky, and I spent a whole summer on a ladder keeping the stars from falling. You'd have liked it. It was built to make ordinary people feel like the main event.
