How memberships work
- You pay for the whole term up front, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the term you paid for.
- Replies and minutes refill every month on the day you joined, on 3-month and yearly memberships too. What you don't use in a month doesn't carry over.
- 1,500 replies a month comes to about 50 a day. Everyone uses them differently, so this is only a guide.
- A reply is one message your companion writes back to you. Greetings, check-ins and the extra follow-up messages your companion sometimes adds are free.
- To keep things fair, everyone has a daily limit of 300 replies and 20 calls. It resets at midnight in your time zone.
- Extra replies are for writing. When your call minutes run out, calls wait until your next monthly refill, and you can keep writing.

Used only once your monthly replies run out. They never expire, and you can buy as many as you like. You can buy them with or without a membership.
